Product Overview of Cold Ore Sieve:

The SZL series large cold ore vibrating screen (cold ore screen) belongs to the double axis linear vibrating screen, which is driven by two electric motors and a universal joint to drive two series of vibrators to perform reverse self synchronous operation, causing the screen box to produce linear vibration with large amplitude. The motor does not participate in vibration. This vibrating screen has the advantages of high production capacity, reliable operation, convenient amplitude adjustment, and low dynamic load transmitted to the foundation. Large scale cold ore vibrating screens (cold ore screens) have been widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, and ports, mainly for grading materials such as cold sintered ores with temperatures below 150 ℃.

Composition and principle of cold mineral sieve:

This series of large-scale cold ore vibrating screens (cold ore screens) consists of a screen box, vibrator, supporting spring, isolation frame, secondary isolation spring, motor and its bracket, etc. The screening frame component consists of a screening frame, a screening surface, and a fastening device. The screen frame side plate is made of high-quality steel plate, and the connection between the side plate, frame reinforcement plate, crossbeam, and vibrator chassis is made of high-strength bolts and self-locking nuts or ring groove rivets, which are firm and reliable. The vibrator is generally installed on both side plates of the upper part of the screen frame, forming an upper vibration structure. The vibrator can also be arranged on the upper part of the screen frame and connected with a universal joint. The vibrator is sealed with a labyrinth ring and lubricated with dry oil. This series of cold ore sieve plates are made of wear-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel sieve plates, which have the characteristics of no deformation and long service life.

1. Cold ore vibrating screens are all installed in a seated manner. Adopting a dual axis exciter, the motor does not vibrate, and is externally dragged by two motors for reverse self synchronous rotation, causing the sieve body to undergo periodic reciprocating motion in a straight line direction, thereby achieving the purpose of screening.
2. The crossbeam and screen box side plate of the cold ore vibrating screen are made of boiler plates and riveted with ring groove rivets, making the structure sturdy and durable.
3. The screen plate of the cold ore vibrating screen is made of wear-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel, which has the characteristics of no deformation, long service life, high screening efficiency, and easy installation and disassembly of the screen plate.
